The following applies to our new system installation:
Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that the system we have installed in your home will heat or cool your home as we have stated. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved we will replace the system at no charge.
No Lemons Guarantee
If the compressor in your air conditioner or heat pump fails twice because of manufacturers defect in the first five years, we will replace it with a complete new outside unit.
If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, because of manufacturer's defect, we will replace it with a new furnace.
Guarantee does not cover acts of nature, vandalism, or lack of maintenance.
Utility Savings Guarantee
You will save a maximum of 30% on your heating and cooling costs.
$500- No Frustration Guarantee
If your system breaks down during the first two years and leaves you without heating or cooling and we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience if we do not respond within 24 hours of your phone call.
Property Protection Guarantee
All property such as carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames inside your home will be protected. The guarantee applies to lawns and shrubbery unless previously discussed to access condenser. Property damaged during the install will be repaired or replaced. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used around all work and traffic areas.
