Scheduling
JD's Prompt Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing will always strive to provide the most timely scheduling of services for our customers. Understandably, based on our workload at any given time, we cannot guarantee an immediate reponse in every situation. In addition, we will strive to notify our customers when we anticipate delays or other issues.
Payment for Services
Prompt payment of services, including any parts or systems involved, is expected at the conclusion of our work. Payments can be made via credit or debit card, or by check when you receive our invoice. Invoices may be presented by a member of our team when work is completed, or you may receive the invoice(s) by mail or digitally soon after.
Change Orders
During our work, our team may identify related services based on need. You may also elect to identify additional work which our team may be able render at the time of service. In any event, if you elect those related services, they will be added to your total job cost and you agree to pay them along the above guidelines.
